I am a cardiologist, internal medicine specialist and an Associate Professor.
In 1997, after graduating in medicine, I started working at the University of Szeged Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Therapy, Internal Medicine Intensive Department. My main task at the Department was treatment of severe and life-threatening internal medical diseases.
In 1999 I joined the cardio electrophysiological laboratory and workgroup at the Second Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiological Center. All types of arrhythmias are treated in the laboratory. Catheter tests, radiofrequency interventions, pacemakers implantation. I successfully passed my specialisation medical exam in internal medicine in 2002 and in cardiology in 2004.
I was given the opportunity to visit the electrophysiology laboratory of the University of Pittsburg, which was a truly defining experience.
I am currently working as an Associate Professor at the Second Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiological Center. I received my PhD degree in 2011, which I have written in the topic that interests me the most: arrhythmia and its treatment possibilities.
Based on the feedback I have received so far, I have excellent experience in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, implantable defibrillators and pacemakers therapy, in addition to the general internal and cardiology diagnostic tests.
